Jan 10, 2024 | Residential Architectural Services

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Located just outside of Glenwood Springs, CO sits the Elk Springs residence. Nestled into the picturesque Colorado landscape, this 3,150 SF house was designed to take full advantage of views while providing comfortable living spaces to take them in. Including three bedrooms, a large open living space, office, and a walkout with additional living area, this residence features many areas to relax and enjoy the optimized views in comfort.

Clad in a combination of both horizontal and vertical wood siding, natural local stone, and corrugated metal, the house achieves a rustic yet modern appeal. The single sloping metal roofs are supported by exposed steel beams that extend throughout the home. Beneath these are extensive window systems that offer a glimpse into the structure of the home while showcasing the natural beauty surrounding it.
